ANNOTATION EDITING - ADVANCED - INDIVIDUAL LABELS NON-EDITABLE

Annotation labels can be individually set non-editable using the XML value EDITABLE=="0". Preventing editing of some labels while permitting editing of others supports annotation contexts involving content that is both changing and fixed. This can be useful in educational contexts - for example in exams - as well as in shared data environments requiring initial markup and subsequent review with comments.

Administrator Notes: In this release, direct editing of the annotations XML is required to add the value EDITABLE=0 to any specific label. To subsequently override this value and enable editing of all labels, use the HTML parameter value zEditMode=2 (rather than 0 for view-only or 1 for standard editing).
