Prerequisites

	Authoring: A Flash editor is needed for custom design and development - Flash CS4 or CS3 or newer required. (Prior version, v3, with more limited feature set is included and requires only Flash MX or later for editing.)
	Publishing: be sure to create any customized SWF with the Flash Publish setting 'Protect From Import'
	Viewing: Flash Player v9 or later is used for viewing - almost every internet user already has this! (Note: prior version, Zoomify Flash v3 is included. This requires only Flash Player v6 or later for viewing.)
	Licensing: The Zoomify Converter is licensed per user - just like Photoshop and other imaging software. The Zoomify Viewer is freely redistributable on web sites or CDs/DVDs in published (SWF) form, as are your custom versions, provided the source is protected (use the 'Protect From Import' setting when publishing). Your content is your own - no royalties, no strings. For detailed information please refer to the Zoomify License Agreement.


**Version 3 provides zoom-and-pan viewing built with actionscript 1.0. Some version 4 features are not included. Among them: updated toolbar, skinning via parameters rather than FLA library, pre-built panning constraint. View v3 demos: viewer, slideshow, hotspots, pan constrained.
**The 'Paris Concierge' component integration demo and View The Wall custom functions tribute web site are version 3 product demos not yet updated to Actionscript 3.0
